One word, flaneur, sums it up, to meander for the sake of it, to find what you might find and see what you might see, to stroll in a city and enjoy the moment whereever it takes you. And this moment took me into the courtyard of the Palais de Justice in Paris. In such a staid setting I hardly expected to find such an engaging installation. Yet there it was. And every angle and every view seemed to reveal something new. (See the big picture.)
Best of all, you can sit down on those things and no one will chase you away. Here in our country's capital, meanwhile, they're stopping cars at random checkpoints and taking your personal information in case it might be useful later. Who's eating the freedom fries now?

I feel the shot needs some explanation. What are all the posts? Do they relate somehow to justice? Just curious.
